This Privacy Policy explains how 360VUES collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the website located at 360vues.com(the “Site”). 360VUES is a United States business with operations in Los Angeles, California and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site and related sales and marketing activities. It does not apply to (a) personal information processed on behalf of our clients under a Client Service Agreement, which is governed by that agreement, or (b) third-party websites linked from the Site.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information, which may include:
- IP address (or a truncated/hashed version);
- Browser type, version, and user-agent;
- Device and operating-system information;
- Pages visited, referrers, time on page, and click activity;
- Approximate geographic location derived from IP;
- Business/firmographic data associated with your IP (via ZoomInfo WebSights, which provides business-intent data by matching visitor IPs to company records).
We use Vercel Analytics(our hosting provider’s analytics product) for aggregated traffic measurement.
2.2 Information You Submit
We collect information you voluntarily provide through Site forms, including:
- Contact form inquiries (name, email, company, message);
- “Download Playbook” lead form (name, email, company);
- “Book a Call” scheduling flow (name, email, meeting time, any message);
- Any additional details you choose to include.
2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including:
NEXT_LOCALE— a strictly necessary cookie storing your language preference;- Analytics cookies used by Vercel Analytics;
- Marketing/intent cookies used by ZoomInfo WebSights.

2.4 Information from Third Parties
We may receive business-contact information from third-party data providers (e.g., ZoomInfo) to enrich our understanding of Site visitors and support B2B outreach.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiries, deliver requested materials (e.g., the Playbook PDF), and schedule calls;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- Measure and analyze traffic and engagement;
- Conduct B2B marketing and sales outreach to prospects whose business context suggests interest in our services;
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not currently use targeted advertising pixels or run paid ad retargeting on the Site.
4. Legal Bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Although 360VUES is U.S.-based, if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR / UK GDPR:
- Consent — where required, for non-essential cookies and certain marketing communications;
- Legitimate interests — to operate and improve the Site, conduct B2B marketing, understand visitor interest, and secure our systems, balanced against your rights;
- Performance of a contract / pre-contractual steps — to respond to inquiries and deliver requested materials;
- Legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with law.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests as described in Section 8.
5. How We Share Information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service Providers. Hosting and infrastructure (Vercel), analytics (Vercel Analytics), visitor intelligence (ZoomInfo), email, scheduling, and CRM providers — each acting on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
- Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to customary confidentiality.
- Legal / Safety. Where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- With Your Direction. With parties you authorize (e.g., when you book a call through a third-party scheduling tool).
We do not sell personal information for money.We also do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA (“CCPA/CPRA”).
6. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with legal obligations. Typical retention periods:
- Inquiry and lead-form submissions: up to 36 months from last contact, unless you request deletion sooner;
- Scheduling records: up to 24 months;
- Analytics and intent data: per provider defaults (generally 12–24 months);
- Records required for tax, accounting, or legal purposes: as required by law.
7. International Transfers
The Site is hosted and operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum for cross-border transfers.
8. Your Rights
8.1 EU/UK/Swiss Residents (GDPR)
You have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or deletion; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing); and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
8.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to:
- Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose;
- Delete personal information, subject to exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — although we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may exercise the right to opt out via the link below;
- Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring this right;
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8.3 Other U.S. State Rights
If you reside in a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (e.g., Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon), you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out. Contact us as described in Section 12.
8.4 How to Exercise Rights
Submit requests to service@360vues.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf, subject to verification.
9. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, providing additional notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
