Cookie Policy
Effective Date: 04/15/2026
This Cookie Policy explains how 360VUES uses cookies and similar technologies on 360vues.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) by your web browser when you visit a website. They allow a site to recognize your device, remember your preferences, and collect information about how you use the site. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, and beacons — we refer to all of these collectively as “cookies” in this Policy.
Cookies can be:
- First-party (set by the website you are visiting) or third-party (set by a service embedded in the site);
- Session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (remain for a defined lifetime).
2. Cookies We Use on 360vues.com
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the Site to function and cannot be switched off in our systems without affecting core functionality.
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Typical Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
NEXT_LOCALE | Stores your language preference so the Site renders in your chosen language on subsequent visits. | First-party, persistent | Up to 12 months |
2.2 Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve it. We use Vercel Analytics, provided by our hosting provider, Vercel Inc.
| Cookie / Identifier | Purpose | Type | Typical Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
Vercel Analytics identifiers (e.g., _vercel_*) | Aggregated traffic measurement, page-view counts, performance metrics. Vercel Analytics is designed to be privacy-friendly and generally uses anonymized or hashed identifiers. | First-party / service-provider | Session to 24 months (per Vercel defaults) |
Exact cookie names, identifiers, and lifetimes may change as Vercel updates its product. See Vercel’s privacy documentation for current details: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
2.3 Marketing / Intent Cookies
We use ZoomInfo WebSightsto help us identify the businesses visiting our Site (not individual consumer identities) so we can understand interest in our services and support B2B outreach. ZoomInfo WebSights matches a visitor’s IP address to a company record and may set cookies or use similar identifiers to deduplicate visits.
| Cookie / Identifier | Purpose | Type | Typical Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| ZoomInfo WebSights identifiers | B2B visitor intelligence; associates visits with company-level firmographic data. | Third-party | Session to 24 months (per ZoomInfo defaults) |
More information: https://www.zoominfo.com/about/privacy-policy.
2.4 No Advertising Pixels
We do not currently run targeted advertising pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag) on the Site. If that changes, we will update this Policy and add such technologies to the table above.
3. How to Control Cookies
3.1 Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to view, manage, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Instructions for popular browsers:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy
- Firefox:Settings → Privacy & Security
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Site (such as language preferences) from working correctly.
3.2 Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for DNT, the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals, except where required by applicable law.
3.3 Global Privacy Control
Where required by applicable U.S. state law (e.g., California), we will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing for the browser transmitting it.
3.4 Opt Out of Analytics and Intent Tools
You may opt out of individual third-party tools via the providers’ own mechanisms:
- Vercel Analytics: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
- ZoomInfo: https://www.zoominfo.com/about/privacy-center
4. Withdrawing Consent
Drafting note: 360VUES does not currently implement a cookie consent banner. Under the EU ePrivacy Directive, the GDPR, and the UK ePrivacy Regulations, prior opt-in consent is generally required before setting non-essential cookies for visitors in those regions. Before enforcing or claiming GDPR/UK ePrivacy compliance, 360VUES should deploy a compliant consent-management platform (CMP) that (i) blocks non-essential cookies until consent is given, (ii) provides granular category controls, (iii) records consent, and (iv) allows withdrawal of consent as easily as it was given.
Once a consent banner is implemented, you will be able to withdraw or modify your consent at any time by revisiting the cookie preferences link that will appear in the Site footer or through the banner itself. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your prior consent.

6. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes to our tools, legal requirements, or business practices. The Effective Date above indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site where practicable.
